First Glance Talent Management has been a work in progress for over two decades. The founders, three cousins and best friends, began promoting concerts with B&R Productions in the late 1980's. They assisted up and coming artists, such as the late Tupac and Biggie Smalls, as well as Queen Latifah, Snoop Dogg, Maze featuring Frankie Beverly and Jodeci.

Their experience with concert promoting led them down many other paths: forming a record label, promoting clubs and parties, and managing talent. All roads have led them to what is now First Glance Talent Management.

The Warren Cousins, as they have come to be known, have transitioned seamlessly into their roles at First Glance Talent Management. They are currently working with models, musicians, comedians and actors to enhance their careers and build professional relationships. Their artists have been featured in publications such as The Source magazine and numerous other online publications and websites.
